Enigma was founded by Steph. Her dream was to make tattooing accessible, inclusive and welcoming to everyone. Going against the norms, and allowing people from all walks of life to join the world of tattoo and piercing, a community was born.

Enigma Studios is founded on the belief that everyone should feel welcome, respected and celebrated for their unique style and individuality. We provide a safe and non-judgemental space where our clients can freely express themselves through their ink. Our team are committed to embracing diversity, and take pride in celebrating every body, every story and every journey.

The heart of Enigma now comes from the team. They bring the passion, energy and vibes. A group of individuals that bounce off each other and bring smiles to the faces of every person that visits the HQ.

The Enigma HQ is on the outskirts of Cheltenham town centre, with handy free parking at the back. We have a.piercing boutique and coffee lounge on site.

OUR STUDIOS

Our HQ merges industrial chic with feminine luxury, a bright, inviting and chill space. We welcome you come to relax and enjoy a freshly ground barrister coffee, express yourself with some new ink, check out some of our artworks from up and coming artists or add some sparkles to your collection in our piercing boutique.

Enigma Studios' tattoo bus is the VIP of ink, rolling through the UK with permanent tattoos and cosmetic piercings. We hold licensing with over 35 councils, have tattooed 100’s of brides, grooms and guests at weddings, been featured in magazines and traded at major festivals such as Secret Garden Party.
